"As a senior in high school, I thought I would have outgrown my attention and organizational struggles, but honestly, adhd isn't something you outgrow. It's obvious that this is going to be a lifelong challenge. Whether I'm working at my afterschool job or not, just trying to get my everyday stuff done, can be tough. Rebecca at adhdintegrated has helped me to understand what the Executive Functions are, and together we have come up with a usable, I think sustainable plan. Now all I have to do is do it!! Being taught strategies that can help me fill my days with intention, purpose and priority, has in turn helped me to exhale and reduce my overall level of anxiety.
